1.Execute the acquisition for the given location for gathering deposits 2.Expectation would be relationship size potential of 10 Cr plus 3.Responsible to deliver the goals through institutional segment and its promoters 4.To analyse business needs & competition data to identify trends & new opportunities 5.Have the direct to customer approach and build relationship with wide spread customers 6.It would be an individual role and depending on the acquisition success in the location and achievement of KRAs reporting structure would be added
Required Qualifications and Experience
1.MBA or Equivalent 2.7 8 years of total experience with a 4 years of relevant segment experience 3.Should have experience in handling institutional relationships and worked at direct to customer role 4.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills 5.Should have meticulous approach to relationship management
