Business Development Leader AI IoT Platform & Cybersecurity in 5G/6G
Location: Onsite Sunnyvale CA
Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Development Leader to drive the growth of their cuttingedge AI IoT platform business with a focus on cybersecurity solutions for 5G and 6G ecosystems. This is a highimpact startup leadership role where you will define the strategic direction execute R&D initiatives forge business partnerships and develop monetization strategies to unlock revenue potential. If you thrive in a fastpaced innovative environment and have a passion for shaping the future of AI IoT and cybersecurity we want to hear from you. The main goal of this role is the Commercialization and Monetization of their product through the development of R&D and integration business partnerships with major companies in the Telecom and IoT space.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a commercialization strategy for the AI IoT platform with a specific focus on cybersecurity and spectrum crowding applications in 5G and 6G networks.
    • Identify emerging market trends customer needs and competitive landscapes to position the platform for longterm success.
  2. Business Development and Partnerships:
    • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including telecom operators technology providers government agencies and enterprise customers.
    • Lead negotiations and close deals to create licensing agreements or other collaborative opportunities.
    • Build alliances with academic and research institutions to stay at the forefront of AI IoT cybersecurity innovations.
  3. Monetization and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement pricing strategies licensing models and subscription plans to monetize the platform effectively.
    • Identify and create new revenue streams such as managed services consulting or integration solutions.
    • Setand execute on revenue targets and ensure consistent growth through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  4. Team Leadership and Operations:
    • Post funding Build and lead a highperforming team to execute the commercialization and monetization strategy.
    • Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes innovation customer focus and operational excellence.
    • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in commercialization product management or business development in the AI IoT Telcom or cybersecurity domain.
    • Existing relationships with telecom 5G providers and other AI IoT cybersecurity leaders
    • Strong understanding of 5G and 6G technologies and their applications in IoT and cybersecurity.
    • Startup experience or a track record of launching and scaling new businesses is highly desirable.
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in business engineering computer science or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Skills:
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and analytical abilities.
    • Deep knowledge of AI IoT and cybersecurity technologies and trends.
