Job Description
Baldwin & Shell Construction Companyis searching for a skilledGeneral Laborerwho will thrive in ourConstruction Services Team!
This is a fulltime position with standard work hours of Monday Friday 7am3:30pm but hours can vary depending on the project time frame. You will report directly to the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
- Clean & prepare construction sites as needed or when directed.
- Load & unload materials or equipment onsite.
- Use power tools and machinery when needed.
- Assist other team members (Carpenters Foreman) onsite.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe & clean environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have 13 years of construction experience preferred but not required.
- Be available to work overtime and possibly weekends as needed.
- Be able to read and adhere to labels safety warnings and guidelines.
- The ability to work well with others is an essential function of this position.
- Must be able to pass a background check and preemployment drug test.
- Pursuant to the Arkansas Medical Act 593 this position is a designated safetysensitive position according to Baldwin & Shell standards and processes.
