Caspar Health was founded in 2016 and is setting new standards for the rehabilitation market. We enable people to regain and maintain their independence after an illness or accident. With new technologies and our close partnership with rehabilitation clinics patients get access to the most effective digital rehabilitation with concurrent personal care independent of time and location.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer React (all genders) to join our team in Berlin or any other location in Germany.
You should be excited in tackling challenging problems willing to take responsibility and love working in a powerful team. You will be responsible for developing intuitive and easytouse frontend applications for our users and directly interact with our Product Team R&D Customer Success Management and others to deliver a great user experience and product.
Your Challenges
As part of one of our crossfunctional teams youll make an impact by
designing and developing new features components and interfaces that extend the functionality of our healthcare professional platform while delivering the best possible user experiences
collaborating in a crossfunctional team using agile methodologies
coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
routinely provide feedback in code reviews design reviews
improving development and design processes in your field of expertise
interacting closely with our design and product team CSM and Caspar Clinic
Your profile
You have several years of experience with modern frontend development in React
You have strong foundations in software engineering
You have a high bar for quality of code performance and user experience
You have a track record of learning new languages technologies and tools
You enjoy being uptodate with the latest technologies and are comfortable trying new things
You can think through customer requirements to come up with highimpact ways of quickly solving problems
You are a team player with excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
In a perfect world you additionally:
have experience with Angular
have experience with React Native
have experience with container technologies (Docker Docker Compose Kubernetes)
have a strong interest in other areas of development like mobile and backend development you have seen Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails before
have experience with PostgreSQL NoSQL databases
seen AWS or some other cloud providers
