Education & Experience:

• 8 years of experience in business management performance optimization or related roles (data-related backgrounds are a plus).

• 5 years in a leadership role with proven success in team development and performance.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Financial Acumen: Confident in budgeting and financial management.
