Schedule Four days on shift followed by three days off based on a 11hour workday on a rotating shift that includes days evenings weekends nights and holidays.

As the Personal Flight Concierge (PFC) you are essential in enabling our team to go above and beyond working collaboratively to create exceptional tailored customer experiences to our Owners each time they fly with us. You are responsible for ensuring that Owners trip requests are raised and the bookings are accurate while monitoring communicating and responding to client needs.
In this role you will:
- Accurately respond to client travel needs ensuring all trip details and preferences are communicated and loaded into the flight scheduling software.
- Proactively arrange Owners requests for ground logistics such as catering transportation expediting of unaccompanied goods passenger mobility aids etc.
- Proactively arrange Owners inflight requests such as cabin service attendant level of cabin service cabin configurations special commissary or any other service addons and special requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to AirSprints highend clientele; building strong professional relationships to better anticipate and understand our Owners needs.
- Conduct quality control checks for ground logistics inflight requests and trip details.
- Ensure a presence in our Calgary Owners lounge in the absence of our Owner Experience Coordinator providing support and assistance to owners as needed.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of two 2 years of customer service experience in the hospitality/tourism or travel industry including experience working with highend VIP clientele.
- Postsecondary education in Travel Hospitality Public Relations or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency using MS Office including Word Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to obtain a RAIC.
Bonus points if you have:
- Written and oral proficiency in French.
- Experience in the aviation industry.
