Position: Section Manager (Retail Store Operator)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 36 years

Key Skills:
Responsible for the day to day running of the BU maintaining standards ensuring legal compliance checks on pricing etc.
Assist in cashiertraining and provide support to cashierswhere required.
Ensure achievement of sales targets which have been set for the department/s and provide input when deciding the targets.
Continually monitorthe achievement ofsalestargetsand take correctivemeasures where required.
Provide clarity progress towardstargets by communicating to the team the department store and overallregional performance.
Ensure minimization of shrinkage levels in the department training the teams on how to handle merchandise and protectstock.
Rolemodelthe higheststandardsof customerservicewith the team.
Understand customer needs and build a rapportwith customers.
Manage customer complaints and queriesresolving themto the best of your ability.
Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to and standards andmaintained in the department/s provide feedback to visual merchandiser.
Executeall operational procedures effectively
Auditthe department/sfor achieving standardsin fitting rooms andhousekeeping till areas etc.
Assist withmaintaining superior product quality by identifying productissues and communicating these to the merchandising team.
Ensure adequate learning and development ofthe team through on the job training VM training producttraining etc.
Ensure clarity ofroles by dividing responsibilities between teammembers.
Develop teammembers by providing timely and constructivefeedback to help teammembers identify theirstrengths and weaknesses.
Motivate teamsto drive sales andadhere to processes.
