Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Automotive Employee Acquisition Specialist at O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln Inc. that will help identify talent. This position is responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to gain qualified candidates.We are looking for a team player to help with our growth and development. Understanding how to build strong collaborative relationships with department managers and identifying their needs is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruiting process as needed for all positions and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Work closely with the department managers to develop and execute tactical strategies to create appropriate candidate flow
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
  • of the complete staffing process from recruitment strategy candidate screening interview process coordination of hiring with HR
  • Be able to utilize social media to promote new jobs and communicate positives of working for the company
  • Explore new recruiting sources job boards and forums to assist the company in growing an expansive candidate pool

Requirements:

  • Create and post job advertisements for various departments
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Posses a thorough knowledge of Federal and State employment documentation requirements and procedures
  • Excellent communication organizational abilities decision making and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Customer service focused with ability to effectively manage both candidate and hiring manager expectations
  • Hireology/Indeed experience preferred
