Serves as the Geisinger College of Health Sciences leader overseeing the Health Systems Science Collaborative in the Center for Faculty and Professional Development. We are seeking an academic leader interested in leading and advancing the Health System Science Collaborative aimed at advancing healthcare through a combination of education research and collaborative partnerships that add value to the Geisinger system. Through knowledge resources and mentorship the collaborative will develop healthcare professionals and researchers who are better prepared to face the health challenges of the future and help diverse communities thrive. This role will ensure collaborative partnerships that benefit the clinical learning environment as well as the academic productivity of Geisinger. This is a part time role that will partially support a faculty member who is additionally doing clinical education research or administrative workJob Duties:
