Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to drive strategic procurement initiatives leading sourcing activities optimizing supplier relationships and ensuring costeffective procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to adjust procurement strategies based on evolving demand.
- Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at stores by monitoring inventory levels and balance demand fluctuations with procurement timelines.
- Identify brands and vendors that align with our product needs quality standards and business objectives.
- Source and procure products from these brands and vendors ensuring alignment with our store requirements and demand forecasts. This requires alignment at a hyperlocal level with brands which is a first in an ecommerce set up.
- Ensure that the brands and vendors align with storespecific needs and collaborate on deliveries product availability and service levels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with brands and suppliers negotiating contracts and ensuring pricing efficiency quality and delivery standards.
