Job Description:

Our client is expanding their Workers Compensation Department and seeking to add Workers Compensation Claims Adjusters to their Las Vegas operations. These positions would be responsible for handling California Workers Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Nevada Workers Compensation laws and statutes.

  • Handle moderate to complex Workers Compensation claims including litigation with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager.
  • Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
  • Ability to close and settle claims (very few new claims)
  • Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department Best Practices.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience handling Nevada Workers Compensation claims.
  • Need to be wellversed in Nevada Workers Compensation Law.
  • Nevada Adjuster license required
  • Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.

Salary/Benefits:

  • $45 $50/hour (based on experience)
  • Opportunity to work remotely
