Job Description
Rize Home is seeking a motivated candidate to fill ourMachine Operator opening. The ideal candidate for this role will have a positive energetic approach to working in a fastpaced team environment. This roleis responsible for the completion of finished good assemblies painting of the components and assemblies and packing the product for our customers

As a Machine Operator Heres What Youll Do:
- Assembly of steel components.
- Loading of components and assemblies onto paint line
- Unloading of paint line.
- Final assembly of product.
- Packing and labeling of product.
- Complete quality checks on product being produced.
- Identify operational problems and ask for assistance.
- Performance all duties with safety and sanitation in mind; following all SOP guidelines and work instructions.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Previous production experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- An eagerness to work and grow in a fastpaced environment
- Thrive in a crossfunctional team environment
- Follow applicable housekeeping and safety procedures
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- This position is highly physical and requires lifting of up to 70 pounds. While in the warehouse company safety requirements must be closely followed.
Base Pay: $14.62/hr.
