What you will do:
- Collaborate with Fiservs billing operations department to support activities within billing cash applications and collection functions.
- Assist in the implementation and support of financial solutions.
- Work with technical teams to enhance and deploy solutions including providing specifications testing and organizing user training.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on the SAP system.
- Support global financial system implementations.
- Act as a liaison between SAP endusers and technical teams to support order to cash system functionalities and processes.
- Contribute to the design of new functionality to the billing landscape.
- Coordinate and prepare for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring all financial requirements are met.
What you will need to have:
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel PowerPoint Teams SharePoint etc.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Accounting Information Technology or related field

- Experience with SAP preferred.
