We are seeking creative ambitious and highly motivatedCommis Chef to join our Culinary team.

The on target earning potential for this role is 37674 / per annum comprising a base salary of 32674 plus a qualified estimate of 5000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards.

• Learning lots on the job and as you gain more experience responsibility will come with this
• Making sure our operation runs without hitch orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are skyhigh
• Youll play a key part in ensuring our Pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative innovative and inspirational items
• Bringing delicious creative and bespoke flavours and creations to our guests tables; youll become an asset to your team determined to grab every opportunity and you have a huge appetite to learn from the best in the business
• Maintaining a cando and problemsolving attitude with a fantastic eye for the detail and precision
• Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the estate that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a prorata basis regardless of your role
