Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provideadvisory servicesto Benefits team in support of physical emotional and financial wellbeing strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and provide implementation guidance on effective solutions tailored toAssociate needs.

  • Regularly reviews health care program utilization and claims experience to monitor plan financial performance and identify emerging cost drivers and trends.

  • Analyze healthcare market trends andplan performance to identify opportunities and challenges. Conduct research and provide insights on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

  • Includes comprehensive analysis of plan financial/member impact and business case development.

  • Assists in the development and analysis of vendor Requests for Proposal (RFPs) as needed.

  • Develop comprehensive strategies to improve benefits delivery operational processes and financial performance.

  • Develops close working relationships with key People Group and business stakeholders to ensure benefit offerings align with business needs.

  • Align with and support the Companys benefits strategy to achieve the enterprise Total Rewards strategy

This is a hybrid role in office 3x a week and open to all GEICO corporate locations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 7 years experience in benefits administration strategy design communications and vendor management with digital and visual benefits platforms expertise preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders working comfortably with ambiguity and with a high sense of urgency

  • Resilient and able to respond under pressure

  • Strong project management skills

  • Able to work autonomously and provide independent opinions

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex issues concisely

  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing with strong track record of meeting challenging deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills to manage large data volumes understand and produce trends with commentary

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel and Workday

  • Adheres to the GEICO Code of Conduct company policies and operating principles

  • Meets attendance standard of the business location

Annual Salary

$91225.00 $172200.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
