OneFile a Harris Computer company are recruiting for an Account Manager on a permanent fulltime basis. The position is hybrid with the expectation of working a minimum of two days per week from our Manchester City Centre office off Deansgate.
On top of the salary being offered there will be a performance related OTE up to 18.5K.
As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our clients receive optimal value from our products and services thereby contributing to their success and satisfaction.
You will act as a liaison between our clients and our internal teams ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services. By building strong relationships with our clients and understanding their unique needs you will help us tailor our offerings to better serve them. our efforts will also aid in identifying new business opportunities thus contributing to our overall growth objectives. Your role is essential in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and in driving the adoption of our innovative solutions.

Travel
Some travel will be required for this role and the ability to attend the office on a weekly basis. We therefore require all applicants to hold a valid driving licence and their own vehicle.
