What Youll Do
This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and handson connection with clients both inhome and inoffice. No two days are the same and every day brings a chance to make a difference!
Provide direct support to children adolescents and families facing challenges.
Identify and address the needs ofabused and neglected children and adults.
Develop and implement treatment plans that encourage selfregulation independence decisionmaking and empathy.
Collaborate with professionals like educators care managers clinicians and physicians to ensure wraparound care.
Offeremergency support when needed both during office hours and after hours.
Joinmonthly team meetings to share insights learn new techniques and grow as a
professional.
What Were Looking For
We want passionate empathetic professionals with a strong foundation in mental health and counseling. If you check these boxes wed love to hear from you!
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in social work psychology counseling or a related field.
Current NJ license (LCSW LPC LSW LMFT LAC).
2 years of experience counseling children.
3 years of experience in mental health services.
Familiarity with DSM and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Extra Kudos If You Have:
Experience with art therapy play therapy or child abuse treatment.
Expertise in child development and family systems.
Skills in therapies like PCIT TFCBT DIR Floortime or ACT.
