Job Description
We are looking for a creative and organized Content & Social Media Manager for Fedoriv Vlog.
This is a unique opportunity for someone whos passionate about video content understands digital platforms and knows how to turn every YouTube episode into a multiplatform story. Your mission will be to build and execute a content strategy that amplifies the vlogs reach across Instagram LinkedIn Facebook TikTok and more while keeping YouTube at the core.
This role is hybrid based partly in our Kyiv office with flexibility for remote work. Youll work closely with our founder and Fedoriv Vlog team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and optimize vlog episodes on YouTube (titles descriptions thumbnails tags timestamps).
- Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram LinkedIn Facebook and TikTok.
- Repurpose vlog content into platformspecific formats: reels stories carousels quotes etc.
- Write creative captions and structure posts for engagement and clarity.
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer.
- Engage with audiences across all platforms comments polls Q&As and DMs.
- Track performance (reach engagement retention CTR) and create monthly reports.
- Collaborate with editors designers and the team to ensure quality and consistency.
Hard Skills:
- 2 years in content creation or social media management.
- Deep understanding of YouTube Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Confident use of YouTube Studio Meta Business Suite Canva/Figma.
- Strong writing and visual communication skills.
- Experience with performance analytics and databased decisionmaking.
Nice to have:
- Background in creatordriven content or media formats.
- Basic video editing skills (for Shorts/Reels).
- English proficiency (B2 or higher).

- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Clear communicator and team player.
- Curiosity for trends and digital culture.
- Detailoriented and proactive.
