Job Description
Key accountabilities
Ensuring the monitoring of the information system and technological structures that support trading looking for solutions in case of anomaly to guarantee the correct functioning of the market
Customer support for any technical problem scaling up to other functions when necessary and following up with customers to ensure prompt resolution of critical issues
Coordination and organization of tests both internal and with customers before the release of new software releases in production
Sales assistance in customer support where necessary (participation in Sales presentations meetings etc.
Support ISVs and customers developing inhouse trading and nontrading solutions
Assist ISVs and Customers developing inhouse in executing Conformance Testing prior to promote sw to Prod
Distribution of technical bulletins to all market participants and internal staff
Configuring customers to ensure access to the trading platform
Your profile
Strong financial background and a good knowledge / understanding of the various activities of MTS direct & indirect client base.
Prior relevant Client Services experience
High standards of service delivery to clients and ability to create strong relationships
Strong analytical and organization skills and problemsolving attitude
Strong verbal communication skills both internally and externally
Flexibility and availability
Accuracy and reliability
