Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer at The Verve Hotel in BostonNatick is responsible for ensuring the hotels facilities are in good working condition performing both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of the hotels facilities
- Performing maintenance tasks such as painting plumbing and electrical work
- Responding to guest requests for room repairs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance work
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problemsolving skills
