KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling and Coordination:
Create and adjust daily schedules for drivers vehicles or equipment.
Plan efficient routes based on traffic delivery priorities and deadlines.
Monitor realtime operations to ensure adherence to schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers customers and team members.
Relay accurate information regarding routes delays or changes.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or transportation is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
