Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Create and adjust daily schedules for drivers vehicles or equipment.
- Plan efficient routes based on traffic delivery priorities and deadlines.
- Monitor realtime operations to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers customers and team members.
- Relay accurate information regarding routes delays or changes.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or transportation is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
