Role Overview

- Design Oversight: Lead the architecture design and development of FPGAbased and hardware solutions for lowlatency applications.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with software teams system architects and stakeholders to deliver integrated highperformance solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for hardware design testing and validation.

- Proven Leadership: Experience managing and growing highperforming hardware engineering teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in FPGA development (VHDL/Verilog) highspeed interfaces and lowlatency optimisation.

- Education: Degree in Electronics Computer Engineering or related field (Masters or PhD preferred).
