Job Description
FullTime Position Available: Inventory Clerk at Volkswagen Supplier

Job Description:
As an Inventory Clerk your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Inventory: Overseeing inventory levels and determining inbound windows to ensure a smooth flow of materials.
- Material Handling: Maintaining the layout for received materials and managing material flow using scanning technology.
- Communications: Interacting with both internal and external customers to resolve issues and working directly with the customers Materials Department to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Supervising inventories monitoring gains and losses overseeing carrier claims and keeping visuals for each part uptodate.
- Overseeing Processes: Managing returnable containers overflow situations EWO changes and more.
Qualifications:
- Teambuilding Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have Computer/RF Scanning Skills including Word Processing Spreadsheet Inventory and Internet Software.
- Education & Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent from a twoyear college or technical school; or 6 months to one year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl sit stand walk reach lift up to 50 lbs and work near moving mechanical parts. Noise level will be moderate to loud and exposure to particles in the air may be a factor.
