We are seeking a detailoriented QA Tester / UAT Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the successful of testing processes from requirements gathering to test automation with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in meetings for Requirements Gathering Functional Specifications Kickoff and Signoff to ensure thorough understanding of project scope.
Provide guidance on the UAT process including UAT Kickoff presentations Test Acceptance meetings UAT Demos Closeout meetings and Signoff documentation.
Write execute and maintain Test Cases log defects and conduct retesting to ensure quality standards are met.
Support package tracking and integration testing for software deployments.
Automate test cases to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications
Bilingual French and English
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain reliability or secret clearance
ServiceNow certifications (CSA CSI HRSD ITOM).
Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM including DWP (MyIT) Smart IT and Smart Reporting.
Experience with Silk Central UFT and ALM.
Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
Have or ability to obtain security clearance (Reliable/Secret)
