Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator Client Relationship will support the project management team by facilitating client communication project coordination and administrative support for government contracts. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling client inquiries and project logistics. The ideal candidate is coachable highly organized and eager to grow in the contracting industry while ensuring exceptional client service and efficient project .
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and followups.
Address client concerns promptly escalating issues when necessary.
Assist in client meetings proposal presentations and contract discussions.
Support the project management team by tracking deliverables timelines and budgets.
Coordinate subcontractor and vendor communications to ensure project efficiency.
Assist in project documentation including contracts compliance reports and financial records.
Ensure timely submission of invoices permits and regulatory paperwork.
Maintain accurate project records contracts and correspondence in compliance with government regulations.
Ensure compliance with FAR DFARS OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Assist in preparing reports for government agencies and senior management.
Schedule and coordinate meetings site visits and followups with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in procurement invoice tracking and contract administration.
Monitor project progress and provide status updates to internal teams and clients.
Support proposal writing and bid preparation for government contracts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management Public Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience or familiarity with government contracts and regulations is a plus.
Veteran candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Eager to learn and highly coachable with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and project management tools is a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude and problemsolving mindset.
