We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Energy team in either of the following offices: Tampa FL; Peachtree Corners GA; The Woodlands TX: Denver CO. The Business Development Manager will be dedicated to advancing the power sector with innovative solutions in substations transmission power generation and renewable energies like solar BESS and wind projects. We thrive on pushing boundaries and fostering a collaborative growthoriented environment. You will engage with key clients across the United States working on projects that span multiple markets and geographies. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and skill set while contributing to a range of innovative design projects. We are looking for a motivated selfdriven individual who can lead business development efforts and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Identify and Develop Opportunities Search for new business opportunities within power sectors focusing on substations transmission power generation and renewables (solar wind BESS).
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with key clients aligning our services with their project goals.
Strategic Business Development Lead sales forecasting and strategic planning for power engineering projects.
CRM Management Utilize CRM tools for tracking sales opportunities ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
CrossFunctional Collaboration Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver clientcentric solutions that meet industry standards. Coordination with the Engineering and project team leads to ensure they are up to date on the capabilities.
Industry Insight Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and the competitive landscape in power delivery and renewable energy sectors.
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in business development within power engineering & design covering substations transmission power generation and renewable energy projects.
Experience in planning designing and developing power delivery infrastructure.
Proven success in sales forecasting CRM management and client relationship building.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach and passion for driving innovation in power delivery and renewable energy solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 50 for client visits industry events and other business development activities.
