Job Description

Martian Logic is looking for a proactive and techsavvy IT Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing technical support to employees troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth IT operations within the company. If you have a passion for technology and problemsolving this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide firstline IT support for hardware software and networkrelated issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining computers printers and other IT equipment.

  • Manage user accounts system access and security settings.

  • Monitor and update IT documentation including troubleshooting guides.

  • Assist in software installations updates and system configurations.

  • Work closely with the IT team to improve internal support processes.

  • Provide basic training and guidance to employees on IT best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and basic networking concepts.

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.

  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Cisco) are a plus.
