You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Helper to support daytoday operations at our manufacturing office. The ideal candidate will assist various departments with basic tasks ensure the workplace remains clean and organized and help facilitate smooth office functioning.
Assist staff with filing photocopying and basic administrative tasks
Handle physical movement of documents between departments
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises pantry and meeting areas
Serve refreshments to staff and visitors when required
Monitor and restock office supplies and pantry items
Support logistics tasks such as packing or minor errands within office premises
Follow safety hygiene and cleanliness protocols always
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
Basic understanding of office etiquette and hygiene practices
Physically fit and punctual
Honest hardworking and willing to take instructions
Ability to read and understand basic instructions (Kannadaspeaking preferred)
