What You ll Do:
Quality Systems Implementation:
- Design configure and deploy eQMS platforms to support quality management throughout manufacturing operations.
- Implement and optimize modules for CAPA audit management document control nonconformance reporting and supplier quality.
- Develop usercentric dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into quality performance and KPIs.
- Lead full system validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Ensure systems are aligned with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Process Integration & Improvements:
- Integrate QMS platforms with enterprise systems (ERP MES WMS LIMS) to establish seamless quality workflows.
- Enable realtime visibility and monitoring of key quality metrics through digital tools.
- Drive root cause analysis for quality incidents and lead the implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality reduce cost and improve cycle times.
- Ensure systems meet industryspecific regulatory compliance including for battery automotive or medical manufacturing.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Partner with quality manufacturing and engineering teams to develop solutions that automate manual quality processes.
- Lead training initiatives to ensure proper use and adoption of QMS systems across departments.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for QMS platforms ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Serve as the bridge between operations production and quality to align digital quality systems with business needs.

Requirements
Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field (Master s preferred).
6 years of experience in PLM implementation and system management in engineering/manufacturing settings.
Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in eQMS platforms such as MasterControl Arena ETQ or TrackWise.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001 FDA etc..Experience integrating PLM with ERP MES ALM and CAD systems.
- Handson experience with QMS system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma SPC and other process improvement methodologies.Deep understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and datadriven problemsolving skills.
- Effective project management and crossfunctional leadership.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams alike.
- Experience with regulated manufacturing industries battery automotive medical device etc. is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications.
