Coaching Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide leadership coordination and supervision.
- Have a basic knowledge of the rules regulations strategies and techniques of the sport.
- Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators parents and athletes.
- Help each participating student achieve a high level of skill an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship and an increased level of selfesteem.
- Experience in JH/ High School coaching preferred.
