Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst Accounting & Finance in the Indianapolis metro area. The Senior Financial Analyst Accounting & Finance role is hybrid typically requiring one to two days per week in the office following the completion of any required training. In addition there will be occasional onsite requirements as business needs may dictate.
The Senior Financial Analyst Accounting & Financesupports prudent fiscal management through data analysis interpretation reporting and modeling. TheSenior Financial Analyst Accounting & Financeperforms monthly and/or ad hoc reporting and prepares proformas based on historical comparative and projection data. In addition they provide accurate analysis to support the outcome and impactbased decision making while identifying analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements:
- Requires 2 years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry helpful.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Conduct monthend close procedures ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries for completeness accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Review the chart of accounts for variances and collaborate with departments to investigate and explain discrepancies.
- Prepare the annual budget and perform regular reviews of actual financial performance against budgeted figures.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns within complex datasets.
- Utilize Microsoft Office products and applications with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decisionmaking processes.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and work independently in a dynamic and fastpaced environment to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Possess proficiency in relational database management and financial or operational modeling leveraging these skills to enhance financial analysis and forecasting capabilities.
