Job Description

Alzayani Investments is seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused CRM Representative (Bahraini Candidate) to join our team in Rifa Bahrain. This fulltime position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by effectively managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience. As a CRM Representative you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients utilising our CRM system to track interactions manage data and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:


* Maintain accurate and uptodate customer information within the CRM system.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
* Generate reports and analyse customer data to identify trends and insights.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of CRM best practices.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data and privacy.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


* Bahraini Nationality is required for this role.
* Proven experience in a customer service or CRMrelated role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment.
* A positive and proactive attitude with a strong customer focus.
