Hiring for Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry
Position: Maintenance Technician
Qualifications: ITI/Diploma
Experience: Min 3 years of Experience in the Machining division with CNC Machines.
Salary:up to 3 LPA
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining Daily Maintenance Logbook & Breakdown Slip.
Maintenance of electrical and electronics component Motor CNC VMC HMC.
Replaced faulty relays switches and motors and Position sensing devices.
Breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC VMC and HMC Machine.
Ensuring the safety of shop floor workers.
Implementation of pokayoka 5s Kaizen Safety.
To make preventive maintenance schedule (Daily weekly m/c History card of every machine.
Taking backup of all machines.
Check machine clamping force and run out.
Attending all breakdowns & troubleshooting in the shift Collection of past breakdown data.
Assembly & disassembly of CNC HMC machines chuck nut tailstock & drawbar bearing replacement.
Axis ball screw & bearing replacement.
Collection of past breakdown data.
Spindle orientation & Axis reference set
