Job Description

Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
Associates Degree in Radiology Sciences required
Must maintain a current Massachusetts state licensure/ registry in a Radiology modality.

Minimum of 5 years clinical experience required.
Additionally a minimum of 23 years of Supervisory experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sound judgment and decision making skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
Ability to facilitate and foster a motivated workforce and educational environment for all staff in the Radiology department.
Ability to prioritize and multitask complex workplace scenarios in a timesensitive manner.
Ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining a composed leadership style.

Reporting to the Administrative Director of Radiology and supporting the Medical Director of the Sagoff Breast Imaging and Diagnostic Center the Breast Imaging Program Manager directs and oversees the daily business and patient operations of Mammography Bone Densitometry and Radiology Support Services. The Breast Imaging Program Manager manages all aspects of patient care staffing equipment operation and workflow of assigned sections. The Breast Imaging Program Manager formulates budgets assists in the strategic planning of the department and tactical implementation of various initiatives to include equipment acquisitions and hospital/departmental goals for assigned sections. Performs all activities in adherence with Federal State Local and Hospital regulations and in conjunction with tenets of various regulatory agencies.

The successful candidate is a positiveminded leader highly motivated patientcentric and stafforiented. The candidate is able to communicate and carry out the vision mission and values of the Sagoff Center and Support services and is strategically aligned with the BWHC imaging network. The candidate is able to collaborate with medical staff and department managers across disciplines and professionally interact with members of Senior Leadership. Direct experience with MQSA requirements DPH regulations and ACR accreditation is strongly preferred.
