CyberArk is seeking a forwardthinking Team Lead for Technical Writing & Content Strategy to guide our global documentation team through a time of digital transformation. As CyberArk evolves into a SaaSfirst solutionoriented company you will lead initiatives that shape the future of user enablement including selfservice AIassisted content delivery and scalable documentation strategies.
This role blends people leadership strategic vision and handson expertise in technical communication content architecture and UX writing. You will partner across R&D Product UX and Customer Experience to deliver unified intelligent and highimpact content.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and mentor a team of UX and technical writers across product areas.
- Drive the content strategy for unified documentation and microcopy that supports CyberArks transition to SaaS multiservice offerings and frictionless selfservice experiences.
- Oversee planning and of initiatives including:
Content reuse modularization and structured writing (DITA/XML/Markdown)
SEO optimization terminology standardization and synonym mapping
AIreadiness and promptaware documentation models
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with PMs UX Dev Support and CX teams to ensure content aligns with product and user needs.
- Use analytics (e.g. Mixpanel Adobe Analytics) to track content effectiveness user behavior and supportability metrics.
- Champion documentation accessibility localization and content governance.
- Contribute directly to highpriority documentation and microcopy as needed.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience in technical writing UX writing or content design
- 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Proven success in leading documentation initiatives across complex crossfunctional teams.
- Strong command of structured authoring content modeling and reuse strategies.
- Experience with authoring tools such as MadCap Flare Markdownbased systems and Git.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear concise userfocused content.
- Deep understanding of the user journey information design and content usability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Nativelevel English fluency in writing and editing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools prompt engineering or documentation for intelligent assistants.
- Experience with localization workflows and content operations at scale.
- Exposure to CI/CD environments and documenting cloudbased platforms (e.g. SaaS microservices).
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform content decisions and strategy.
- Background in cybersecurity DevOps or infrastructure platforms a plus.
