Responsibilities:
Greets clients visitors and guests; escorts them to the appropriate location.
Answers screens and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
Receives mail documents packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
