Role Overview
With our growth in Bahrain were looking for a star to join our team as a Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing executing and overseeing marketing strategies tailored to the GCC market helping us stay fresh and competitive.
Main Responsibilities
- Build quarterly and monthly local marketing strategies derived from the companys goals
- Own marketing KPIs tracking and achievement such as: achieving growth and delivery targets
- Lead and grow a team of marketing specialists
- Manage marketing budgets and spend on a monthly and quarterly basis ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Oversee customer communication plans & CRM process
- Own the development of engaging localized marketing calendar
- Launch marketing campaigns end to end to acquire customers across various channels
- Identify key customer segments to tailor marketing messages
- Work cross functionally with different departments to align on new launches targets campaign development etc
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and test innovative strategies for effectiveness
- Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with local regulations and ethical standards
- Ensure excellent customer experience and journey
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior preferences trends and competitors activities in GCC
- Liaise with social media influencers to execute promotional campaigns
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of the local culture consumer behavior and market dynamics
- 3 years of F&B marketing experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English and Arabic
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media platforms and market research techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Pleasant personality and able to lead with empathy and patience
