Who Should Join

Typical Roles & Responsibilities
Design build and maintain fullstack applications from intuitive frontend interfaces to scalable backend systems
Develop APIs microservices and cloudbased architectures to power innovative products
Collaborate closely with founders to define technical strategy and align it with business goals
Contribute to the technical roadmap ensuring scalability reliability and performance
Write clean efficient and welldocumented code across the stack
Help shape the engineering culture establishing best practices for software development
Common Qualifications
While each startup has its own hiring criteria many founding software engineering roles in our network look for:
3 years of experience as a fullstack or backend engineer with a track record of shipping highquality products
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js) and backend frameworks (e.g. Node.js Django Flask Ruby on Rails)
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB DynamoDB)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructureascode tools
Proficiency in common programming languages such as JavaScript Python Java Ruby Go or TypeScript
Experience in earlystage startups or lean teams is a plus
