Job Description
We are looking for a Software Tester with expertise in Docker & Kubernetes testing
performance testing and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have
experience in system load and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of
our applications in containerized environments. Experience with telecom products needed
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and execute test strategies for containerized applications running on
Docker & Kubernetes (K8s).
Perform system load and performance testing to evaluate application scalability and
responsiveness.
Utilize test automation tools like JMeter Locust and k6 for performance testing.
Identify and analyze bottlenecks optimize performance and collaborate with developers
to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous testing in a CI/CD pipeline.
Work closely with DevOps and development teams to integrate performance testing into
the software development lifecycle.
Monitor system behavior gather performance metrics and provide detailed reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Docker & Kubernetes (K8s) testing.
Handson experience with performance testing tools like JMeter Locust or k6.
Expertise in system load and performance testing.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into DevOps workflows.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and address performance issues.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python Shell JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) is an advantage.
Nice to Have:
Experience with telecom products and protocols (e.g. 4G/5G VoIP IMS SIP Diameter
etc..
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK Stack.
Understanding of microservices architecture and API testing.
Exposure to Chaos Engineering for resilience testing.
Experience in analysing network traces using wireshark.
