Job Description
Technical Proficiency:
Drive Product Vision & Strategy:
o Develop and execute a product roadmap that positions our platform as an industry leader byintegrating advanced AI solutions.
o Define product strategy prioritizing features that enhance UX/UI automate processes andboost operational efficiency
Lifecycle Management:
o Oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom ideation and market research to designdevelopment launch and postlaunch analysis.
o Analyze user feedback and market trends to continuously iterate and improve productofferings.
AI Tools and Frameworks :
Proficiency in the latest AI tools and frameworks related toGenerative AI and Agentic AI including but not limited to:
o Generative AI: Experience with models like GPT4o and frameworks such as LlamaIndex.
o Agentic AI: Familiarity with frameworks like n8n Microsoft AutoGen and LangGraph.
o AIDriven UX/UI Design Tools:
Handson experience with AIpowered design tools toenhance user experience such as Uizard Figma with AI Integration and others.
o Coding Proficiency: Ability to write understand and debug code with the aid of AI toolsincluding GitHub Copilot Cursor V0etc
Automation & Process Improvement:
Proficiency in automation tools and techniques tostreamline workflows and improve product functionality.
Frameworks & Methodologies:
Familiarity with modern product management anddevelopment frameworks including Agile Methodologies Design Thinking DataDrivenDecisionMaking.
Strategic Vision & Collaboration:
o Ability to think strategically and collaborate crossfunctionally to translate AIinnovations into practical usercentric product features.
o Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive product vision
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Experience:
2 years in product analysis product management or a similar role within a SaaS environment;with demonstrated exposure to AIdriven product initiatives.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using AIdriven design and analysis tools such as Figma Cursor and similarplatforms.
Strong coding skills with the ability to write understand and debug code; experience inPython R or comparable languages.
Solid understanding of data analytics machine learning concepts and AI applications.
Methodologies:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
