Introduction
We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Western Cape.
Role: Project Acquisition and Development Manager
Industry: Renewable Energy
Level: Mid to Senior 38 years experience)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Legal Commercial or Technical disciplines.
- 38 years of professional experience in Environmental Project Development Engineering companies or consulting firms preferably within Renewable Energy.
- Strong experience in permitting of projects.
- Solid understanding of power markets particularly renewable energy.
- Working knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements interconnection agreements and EPC contracts is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of business fundamentals and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy Development Regulatory Framework in South Africa.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and presentation software.
- Skills in Project Acquisition Project Structuring Project Finance Tender Management and Legal Competency.
