Department Title: Undergrad Intern Marketing
Location: The intern candidate must be able to commute into the New York City office each week.
Position Summary:
Fiduciary Trust International is a wealth management firm founded in 1931 by families for families with a singular focus on growing and protecting our clients wealth. Fiduciary Trust International delivers wealth management solutions for High net worth (HNW) clients including individuals and families. We are part of Franklin Templeton one of the largest investment firms in the world which enables us to combine a personalized experience with access to sophisticated research and investment solutions.
Our team is responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the firms marketing plans and developing the tools and resources to help drive brand awareness support growth and engage clients.
Joining the Fiduciary Marketing team this summer means:
- Supporting a growing number of activities across all of the firms regional markets. This is an opportunity to participate in a highimpact department that promotes the FTI brand and value proposition to clients prospects and COIs
- Opportunities to attend meetings and participate in projects that directly support the firms sales efforts
- Working with experienced events and marketing professionals eager to support the growth and development of new talent

A Marketing Intern at Fiduciary Trust can expect to gain:
- An understanding of Fiduciary Trusts event and sponsorship workflow from briefing to approvals through planning and
- Project management developing timelines and project milestones for several concurrent projects
- Data analysis understanding Marketing ROI and how it drives Marketing decisions
- Writing skills especially for social media purposes
Key responsibilities may include:
- Support Regional Marketing team in creating aproject management map and timeline for sponsorship and event activities.
- Choose and order branded merchandise/swag for several key initiatives create catalog
- Help build efficient results reporting for events and sponsorships
- Help maintain firmwide Outlook calendar
Ideal qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail

Compensation Range:This is a fulltime internship where students will work approximately 35 hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $31 USD per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
