The Office of Child Development & Early Learning (OCDEL) incorporates all the Commonwealths early childhood care and education programs. Within this office the Bureau of Early Intervention Services and Family Supports (BEIS/FS) coordinates Pennsylvanias Infant/Toddler and Preschool Early Intervention (EI) programs. As an Early Intervention Advisor you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of services and promoting the integration of Infant Toddler and Preschool Early Intervention programs. Work involves providing management monitoring and consultative services to ensure implementation of services and programs as well as compliance with state and federal regulations and established departmental rules and regulations.
