Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer II Certified)
Location: Bangalore Chennai Hybrid
Experience: 58 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Developerwith58 yearsof handson development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inLightning Web Components (LWC)Apex andSalesforce Flowswhile adhering to best coding practices. ThePlatform Developer II (PD2 certificationis preferred. The developer will play a critical role in designing developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
Develop customize and enhance Salesforce solutions usingLWC Apex and Visualforce.
ImplementSalesforce Flowsand other lowcode tools to optimize workflows and automate processes.
Design and buildcustom applications triggers batch jobs and integrationswith external systems.
Code Quality & Best Practices:
Write clean efficient and welldocumented code followingSalesforce development best practices.
Optimize Apex code for performance and scalability.
Conductcode reviewsand ensure compliance with security scalability and maintainability standards.
Technical Solutioning & Architecture:
Work closely witharchitects business analysts and stakeholdersto translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure properdata modeling security settings sharing rules and API integrations.
ImplementCI/CD pipelinesfor streamlined deployments.
Testing & Debugging:
Performunit testing integration testing and debuggingof Salesforce components.
Troubleshoot issues resolve bugs and provideongoing maintenance and support.
Documentation & Collaboration:
Maintain cleartechnical documentationfor custom solutions and configurations.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teamsincluding administrators QA teams and product owners to enhance system capabilities.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
58 years of handson experienceas a Salesforce Developer.
StrongApex programmingskills includingtriggers batch processes and asynchronous processing.
Proficiency inLightning Web Components (LWC)andVisualforce.
Handson experience withSalesforce FlowsandProcess Builderfor lowcode automation.
Strong understanding ofSalesforce data model security models and governor limits.
Experience in integrating Salesforce withexternal APIs and thirdparty systems.
Ability to followcoding best practices design patterns and version control.
Excellent problemsolving skills andunderstanding of fundamental programming principles.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Platform Developer II (PD2 certificationis highly preferred.
Knowledge ofSalesforce DevOps tools (SFDX Copado Git CI/CD pipelines).
Experience withSalesforce Communities Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Familiarity withJavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular)for LWC customization.
Exposure toSalesforce DXand best practices for enterprisescale development.
