Job Description

Resource Management:
  • Manage workload balancing across projects while ensuring optimal utilization rates.
  • Monitor schedules productivity conflicts and capacity management.
  • Implement scheduling strategies based on budgets and deadlines.
  • Prepare weekly analysis scheduling and forecasting reports.
  • Act as a mediator between business needs and available resources.
  • Handle resource planning for both onshore and offshore.
  • Hiring forecast according to project Pipeline.
  • Managed the demandsupply gap to ensure optimal staffing levels and effective resource utilization contributing to the organizations strategic goals.
  • Develop demand forecasting models to proactively address future resource requirements minimizing operational bottlenecks.
  • Coordinated with onshore and offshore vendors to source highquality global talent effectively managing workforce gaps and project needs.
Recruitment Management:
  • Handle endtoend recruitment including offshore and onshore hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment needs with business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships budgets negotiations etc.
  • Manage strategic Fresher hiring to execute cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and budget constraints.
  • Improve recruitment strategies based on market trends and feedback from platforms like Glassdoor.
Learning & Development (L&D):
  • Design and implement structured fresher hiring and training programs.
  • Support certification initiatives.
  • Develop individualized training plans to support upskilling and crossskilling.
  • Enhance engagement and retention strategies through continuous learning opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Stakeholder & People Management:
  • Engage with leadership HR and vendors to drive businessaligned hiring and resource planning.
  • Conduct mentoring and counseling for team members to improve performance and engagement.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work culture.
  • Apply emotional intelligence to handle tough conversations and improve retention.
