SCOPE
The Allocator is responsible for managing the planning and analysis of seasonal Outlet assortment plans to maximize business results. The person in this role will partner crossfunctionally with Retail U.S. and Italy Corporate to identify and provide key data and analytics of performance to strategically drive meaningful growth and profitability for the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Allocation
Gather feedback on bestselling BTQ styles; relay to HQ for potential MFO recreation for upcoming seasons
Partner with BTQs to ensure timely EOS transfers for efficient allocation; share delivery plan with HQ
Based on previous seasonal sales by store / current budgets
Review sellthrough reports by category/style from previous season
Gather feedback from SMs on best/worst selling styles sizes fabrics to note for individual allocation
Partner with VM on merchandising guides and plans for product arrival
Product Analysis
Monitor sell through by style to understand markdown risks and/or stock rotations needed
Analyze stock levels and identify styles for seasonal uniforms
Create uniform guide to be shared with team for SS/FW seasons
Outlet Promotions/Markdowns/Sample Sales/Exit Strategy
SimonX
Partner with HQ for detailed document
Share all product images with SimonX team

The pay range for this position is $70000 $80000 per year based on applicable qualifications and experience.
