Campana & Schott Inc. is the New York Citybased innovation hub of the Campana & Schott Group a privately held 30yearold management and technology consulting firm with over 400 employees across Europe and the US. We create tangible results for our clients by designing digital solutions including business transformation digital workplace customer insights and analytics and creating novel ways of working. In the U.S. Campana & Schott focuses on healthcare and pharmaceuticals combining digital and technology innovation with change management and transformation to create new momentum.
We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our team in New York.

- Learn from assignments on dynamic and exciting client transformation projects as a valued team member.
- Work on client projects end to end: from project planning to implementation; from strategic projects to entire portfolios.
- Take ownership for key project deliverables and drive the agenda to increase client outcomes.
- Assist in identifying business needs design and establish processes and guidelines.
- Assist in providing roadmaps plans timelines and continuous status reporting.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $ 96000 to $ 108000 per year and total compensation for this role includes base salary annual discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for New York Citybased employees to be approximately the following:
- Base salary between $ 96000 $ 108000 p.a.. Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- Annual discretionary performance bonus between 010
In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
- 25 days of PTO p.a.

- MBA MSc or related from an accredited College or University.
- 2 years of work experience.
- Background in project management consulting or life sciences preferred.
- A strong interest in business transformations project management and agile organizations.
- Strong communication skills and a teamoriented mentality.
- Analytical mindset entrepreneurial spirit and selfmotivated working attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage your time and tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Willingness to travel.
