Cooley Dickinson Health Care a Massachusetts General Hospital affiliate is currently looking for a fulltime Clinical Practice Leader. The Clinical Practice Leader in the Cancer Center provides clinical evidencebased practice and quality of care support develops and implements educational programs manages competency evaluations completes quality improvement audits and develops process improvement standards to promote the delivery of high quality emergency care.This position reports to the Nursing Director of the Cancer Center and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in Nursing required; Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Current Massachusetts license to practice nursing required. Five 5 years of Oncology Nursing experience required. Two 2 years previous teaching experience preferred. BLS required. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in presentations required. Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent clinical competence including proficiency in the nursing quality and improvement processes required. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal teambuilding collaboration negotiation and problemsolving. Oncology Nursing Certification required within 18 months.
