Responsibilities
Support BlackRocks digital asset activities globally working closely with business and technical teams across the firm to analyze design and drive implementation of digital assetbased initiatives
Develop expertise across BlackRocks operating platform and the capital markets ecosystem identify opportunities for technological innovation
Develop and maintain insightful content in written and visual forms capable of analyzing issues articulating strategy and educating audiences
Present educational and strategic content with emphasis on distilling technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and clients
Conduct industry research and apply financial modeling techniques to thoroughly evaluate new commercial and product opportunities
Engage with and evaluate technology and service providers throughout the digital assets ecosystem
Requirements
35 years of relevant work experience
Ability to apply business and economic frameworks to evaluate and design technologydriven solutions to complex business problems
Actionoriented problem solver capable of working with both business and highly technical teams to drive
Strong team player who thrives in diverse environments and can adapt to different working styles and approaches
High level of intellectual curiosity combined with professional experience or a demonstrated passion for blockchain technology and digital assets
Exceptional organizational timemanagement and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to analyze complex data and create professional impactful presentations
Outstanding academic and professional experience with background preferably in economics math statistics computer science or a related field
