What Opportunity Awaits
As we continue to evolve and grow we are on a mission to find a passionately accountable fulltime Owner Experience Representative (OER) supporting our London Elgin Oxford region.
Our OERs create world class Owner (customer) experiences by being well versed in all daily banking products and services including our digital solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of passionately accountable financial service professionals focusing on inbranch activities related to the attraction maintenance and coaching of Owners. By identifying and referring opportunities within all segments of the business our team proactively matches offerings to Owner needs.
*The successful candidate will be placed in any branch within the region dependent on the needs of our branches.*
The successful candidate will:
- Build strong relationships through providing a world class experience for all new customers /Owners tailoring individualized follow up plans and banking solutions designed to encourage engagement and growth of their relationship with organization
- Conduct holistic conversations using internal tools to better understand the Owners goals needs and aspirations
- Provide proactive outreach to Owners and using referrals and data insights
- Provide proactive service follow up to Owners to actively grow & maintain relationships
- Identify Owner cues and refer opportunities to appropriate specialists in order to match the right expertise to the Owners identified need(s)
- Have a strong understanding & ability for front line Owner transactions and find opportunities during those interactions to engage in curious conversations to identify life events and deepen relationships
- Comply with established company & regulatory policies procedures & processes to effectively and accurately serve Owners needs
- Make smart risk decisions that protect our Owners & company
Requirements
- Have 1 3 years experience in a customer service environment preferably previous experience in a financial institution with a strong knowledge of digital banking services and solutions
